*focusing your chakra into the pools (in your case just concerating on the chakra being that it's already present in your rain) of rain think of a hard spike and the pools of water will replicate that thought pattern....and for spike from the ground up that can and will impale your foe*

If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.

Once the rain spear in brought from the clouds unto the field it can only used to attack for three post...

I watch the hand seals you used and memorize them. After practicing them for a moment and mastering the sequence I give it a try. I create the hand seals and focus on my chakra within the clouds above. I picture a spear and mold the water into that form within the cloud. It causes a momentary decrease in rain as it forms within the cloud.

Description:This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.

Recall how you used the glue rain jutsu. Very similar but this time instead of focusing your chakra to make the rain sticky. Focus them towards a particular target. Once target is choosen the rain that he dosed in, as well as the rain that falls on him will bind them to the ground or any nearby object.

Okay for this one I focus on my chakra and cause it to become attracted to you (pretty easy ) as more and more water accumulates on you it starts to stick to the ground as well, trapping you.

There are a couple other C ranked rain jutsu but i'm skipping them for now. I would like you to know some attack/defense jutsu.

This next one take 3 turns to form up in the sky before you can use to attack the opponent. All frozen rain jutsu take 3 turns to form in the sky, unless it's a custom combined with wind.

(Touketsu Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Capture Technique

I start to bounce the rain drops higher and higher into the sky. As they get high enough the temperature of the atmosphere drops causing the rain to freeze into the form of hail. This process takes a few turns and when its complete I cause it to hail down on your location creating a dome of ice that forms around you.

Description:A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.

Recall how you preformed the hidden rain slash. This is a modified deadlier version.
Again focus the charka to make the water solid, but this use shape manipulation to form the rain drops into daggers. Once the dagger cuts your opponent you can make them expand to do greater damage.

I focus on my chakra thats in the rain and think of the shape of a dagger. The rain drops begin to change into that form as they rain down on your location. As soon as they cut you I cause them to expand, increasing their damage.
