Alright for this one you form the handseals, you gather ur wind chakra, and use it to generate a whirling vortex of wind.

The vortex moves fast and has the sharpness of the wind element; it can be directed towards the opponent directly or it can be directed to hit the opponent from behind. However, a strong opponent will see through the sneaking attack.

I repeat the process but this time I concentrate it into a stream and move the bullseye back quickly causing it to fall over.
