Okay the Uchiha Clan's kekki genkai is the Sharingan. This kekki genkai allows the user many things. The Sharingan can see chakra and see through Genjutsu. It allows let you mimic your opponent's hand seals and jutsu as long as it is not a kekki genkai such as Ice and Lava release. The Sharingan can also cast strong genjutsu against enemies even though some need eye contact. Against Taijutsu the Sharingan can perceive your enemy's movement faster then normal eyes.

correct. now when i had my sharingan activated, there were 2 ways to activate it: pure hatred (in other words ur gonna have to hate me well a lot like u wanna kill me or w/e O_O) or a near-death experience.

but now its only near death experiences that will do it. so then, i just have one thing to ask you, when im helping you activate your sharingan, per se, beating you up , you mustn't retaliate, whatsoever. understand?

*Gets hit around, kicked around knocked around, knocked to the ground. Stands back up, continues getting smacked right to left and starts stumbling*

Now then, since ur completely surrounded and being hit by my clones, I use

target to go numb from the electrical charge.

And when the spear is fully formed, my clones form an opening on you and i throw the spear at u. shocking you completely/to the maximum that i think a normal ninja can take to aid in activating their sharingan.

Now, u must use this pain you are feeling to activate the sharingan, use the pain to make your chakra flow faster than it usually does to that eye to make the sharingan appear. hopefully, this will be the only thing it takes...ive had harder ones, who have had to take a world more of hurt.

*I pretty much blacks out, the last thing I remembers before extreme pain is being surrounded by the clones. I sees flashes of lightning, but experiences pain from every direction for awhile, carrying him high into the air. I falls down unattended with a thud...somehow I stands and makes out Akiza sensei in front of him, only witness her sending a chidori spear straight through me*

*The intense pain takes me completely over, and when it stops I on all fours, shivering, clothes ripped up completely, but somehow, I am focusing*

*I feels all of his chakra still there, even amidst mine every intuition telling me to just quit. I suddenly remembers his senseis words beforehand and pours all the chakra I feels into my eyes...which immediately fade into a bright red, a single tomoe spinning around them before locking into place, I...can't really move, so I remains on all fours panting but feeling exhilarated*

(Sounding all weak): Thank youuuuuu
