Ninjutsu like ninja Technique's xd. Ninjutsu is a vague term referring to almost any technique that uses chakra and allows the user to do something that they otherwise would be incapable of doing. Unlike genjutsu >.>, which makes the opponent see illusions, the effects of ninjutsu are real. They vary greatly in purpose, with the simpler ninjutsu serving such tasks as transforming the user or allowing them to evade attacks. These techniques are often second-nature for experienced ninja, who can use them at will.

alright for this one you dont do any handseals, rather we go through multiple stages to get to the jutsu itself. we start with this one. *hands u a water balloon filled with water* Now then, place the balloon in the palm you wish to use rasengan in, and then focus your chakra into your hand, and then into the water balloon to make the water inside rotate, but not too roughly, otherwise you'll pop the balloon, and get wet in the process lol.

Now for the next stage. *hands you a tennis ball* Same thing as before, but due to the smaller size and harder skin than like the water balloon, it will be harder to focus your chakra within it without making it fall out of your hand. Try it out.

u dont pop the tennis ball lol, u make the air inside the hard skin of the ball rotate and it yo make it rotate too much, it will fall out of ur hand, too little, it will just wiggle in ur palm and fall out of ur hand again. so u have to find ur center in rotating the air in the ball..b/c in rasentgan, ur making a rotating sphere of wind, and if u make it rotate too much or put too much chakra into it, it'll explode and hurt u instead.

after a few min of trials and tribulations with the tennis ball, with it falling out of your hand every so often, i see that you've mastered that. alright, now make it pop.
and then after you pop it, try forming the rasengan into your palm by focusing your chakra into the hand you practiced with, and then make the focused chakra into a rotating sphere of chakra. ^^
