Alright. For this one, use your chakra to manipulate the water to cause a large volume of it to materialize out of nowhere. Then, try to direct it using your chakra.

I perform the nessecary hand seals needed to perform the jutsu and when I finish it I concentrate on making a large volume of water coming. The water just suddenly starts appearing like a sprinkler but then increases in size. I focus my water chakra has much as possible to make the water flow strong and fast to make this body of water come and change the terrain. I keep doing it till I hear sensei say to stop.

Ok I understand it now. I'll do it once more.

I perform the hand seals for the jutsu and begin to make water form from the ground at a real fast pace. I focus my water chakra to keep the water flowing turning the terrain into a watery area. I then manipulate the water and cause it to rush towards the clone that akiza made and strike it hard enough to dissipate it.

alright then, now focus your chakra into the sky to form rain clouds.

I focus my chakra and perform the hand seals to make the normal clouds in the sky into rain clouds by adding more water moister in them.

alright now, make it rain...but not regular, everyday rain. infuse your chakra into it so that way when it falls on your opponent, you can instantly sense where he or she is

I concentrate and focus my chakra. I then lift my hands up and then thrust them down to make it rain. After first it doesn't work so I can't see anything with my chakra sensing rain when I close my eyes, but then I concentrate more and then the images of akiza infront of me starts to show. I focus harder and then I make it complete.

now, using the chakra-infused rain, find my hidden clone

I focus my chakra within hte rain and clouds and scan the area with the rain. The rain then reaches the trees nearby and the drips coming from the trees blocking the rain reaches the hidden clone. A chakra signal comes from the hidden clone after getting hit by it. I throw a kunai at the clone making it dissipate.
