I don't know if I have to reflect it with something or just with the mist? I could use my sword to reflect the sun's rays at a person's eyes.

That's exactly it. they must have deleted that part out of the jutsu lol i remember tht being there b4....so try it that way

I perform the handseals and grab my sword out of the sheath. I then focus the blade towards the sun and yourself to attempt to blind you with the reflection of the sun through the mist.

Using your chakra, condense the water to form an exact clone of u.

I focus my chakra and perform the handseals. I jump on the lake's surface to be next to the water. I then make a clone of myself made of water. As the clone is being made I focus to condense the water and add chakra to it to keep the clone firm so it can be completed.

Alright. Now try making more than 1 water clone simultaneously.

I focus on my chakra to gather more of it while i'm performing the handseals. I concentrate and attempt to make to clones. When making them I made sure I evenly distribute the chakra to not make one weaker than the other and risk them not being cloned. I then proceed to finishing them after making sure they are condensed enough to hold form and be completed.

Alright now using your chakra, make water rise from the ground and surround ur target and then drown it. ur target (well, targets, actually) are the water clones u made. try it out.

Ok sensei.

I turn and face my clones. I focus my chakra and concentrate on the water while performing the hand seals for the jutsu. I rise my hands and and water rushes upwards and I surround my clones with it. I then smack my hands together to make the water close from the top and collapse on top of the clones making them sink and drown which makes them dissipate.
