You know how water has multiple forms right? As a solid, its ice, liquid, water, and gas, water vapor/mist. Using your chakra, change the composition of the air around us to contain more water particles, thus creating mist. The mist should be thick enough that we shouldnt see each other, but here's a quick tip: try to remember where ur opponent is b4 using this jutsu, then you'll have an adv.

I'm sorry akiza I read and heard from HBA that people with sharingan can't see through the mist. Well that is what I heard. They have the same type of sight as normal man but with it they can see extremely fast moves and stuff. The hyuga has the ability to see through the mist since they detect chakra and chakra systems with there eyes in a 360 degree vision.
