well then, this is what we'll be doing.
First training session: The student will begin with his/her Sharingan activated. The Sensei will be focused into teaching Sharingan's tracking abilities, by hiding himself/herself in diferent terrains such as at the bottom of the Lake, between trees deep into the forest, underground, in a Rocky Environment and dessert. The student will have to find his/her sensei's location using only his Sharingan, by seeking out chakra signals, heat source, the slightest moves.
basically a game of hide and seek in which you get to cheat with your 1t ready?

I begin to focus my eyes scanning the enviroment around me
At first i look for the slightest movements and motions the dust rising from footsteps amongst other things.
After 45 or so seconds i realize that there hasnt been the slightest movement
Rex:"Dammit she clearly plays this game a lot"
I change my tactics and begin scanning the area looking for heat sources and the flow of chakra i attempt to tune myself to my surroundings looking for the tiniest flickers of chakra the raising heat of a human body that is hidden in the undergrowth
Then all of a sudden i spot a chakra source in the distance very well concealed but it must be surely i can feel the chakra!!

*chuckles to myself*
I begin looking around in all directions focusing more intently on the little details in the enviroment trying to pick up another heat signal after continued scanning i look over and catch a brief shimmer of heat hiding behind a tree i focus intently on this trying to pick out the chakra hmm its quite a warm chakra a light violet colour could this be my sneaky sensei!!
*Throws a large rock*
Rex:"Sensei come out to plaaaaaaa aaa aaaay" *sing song voice*
*chuckles to myself*
I begin looking around in all directions focusing more intently on the little details in the enviroment trying to pick up another heat signal after continued scanning i look over and catch a brief shimmer of heat hiding behind a tree i focus intently on this trying to pick out the chakra hmm its quite a warm chakra a light violet colour could this be my sneaky sensei!!

Rex:"Godamn i dont remember leaving this here"
I begin once again scanning the enviroment looking behind the trees under the rocks searching for more heat sources i scan over the small animals in the forest easily picking them out from among the elements now i see a few more squirrels and rabbits i continue hunting for a larger chakra source paying attention to all of the potential hiding places when suddenly i realize i have yet to check the small lake to my left i begin looking in the lake focusing on a tiny heat source i sense in the lake thats getting colder and colder i focus my eyes to see a tiny hollow bamboo stick floating on the surface of the water
Rex:" A breathing pipe this could be it!!"
I focus even more intently picking up a chakra signal in the water it appears quite blotchy at first but then focuses more it appears to be roughly the same size as my sensei
I charge at the water jumping in to the air keeping my eyes locked on the chakra source as i dive in and grab the source of the chakra

I begin focusing just on the heat sources in the surrounding enviroment it begins as just blotches of heat everywhere so i begin pushing more chakra in to my eyes straining them as much as i possibily can i focus in as i see the heat from the animals and the leaves it becomes easier to distinguish shapes slowly as i scan the enviroment slowly from left to right i see the cold rocks and the heat in the trees stored from the afternoon sun as im scanning across the enviroment i see a large blotch of heat coming from the direction of the sand i begin creeping towards it keeping myself fixated on the heat source as it gets warmer i notice it is concealed partially behind a rock and appears to be in the shape of a human so i jump silently on top of a nearby tree and sneak across one of the branches as i reach the end i look down upon the heat signature
It is in fact a human as far as im aware i then jump from the branch aiming towards the human shaped figure

perfect...now for my own challenge for the last one...slightest moves..
*we both get back down to the ground, and i then make two clones and start switching around with them as fast i can, stopping momentarily afterwards*
All 3 of us: Now which is the real Akiza...hope you were paying attention to who went where.

As i see you summon the clones i realize what you are going to do and begin following your movements carefully i see you step very slightly to left switching places with that clone then i see the right clone overstep you again leaving you in the middle as the left and right clone switch places and then you switch again with the right clone as the right clone switches with the left clone and then you move across to the left clones position then the right clone who is now in the middle switches with you again i track this all with my eyes straining them to there limit as you stop and speak i walk up slightly dizzy to the middle clone and poke it in the chest softly

Using my sharingan to pinpoint the two clones to my left and right i draw my katana with incredible speed slicing the one on the left across the shoulders and continuing to spin down to one knee i slice the one on the right across both knees causing deep lacerations to both clones

Second training session: The student needs to be trained in the ability to see through visual D rank genjutsu and to predict most taijutsu and ninjutsu movement and techniques. Sharingan Sensei will explain how genjutsu works, using D rank examples which the student will have to pierce through and then the sensei will make fast handseals and fast taijutsu attacks. The training will end when the student will be able to predict/see through at least 2 handseals and 2 taijutsu attacks.
