Rasen Shuriken is basically a combination of the rasengan and wind manipulation that encases the opponent in a huge violent orb of slicing wind that draws in anyone nearby and cuts on the microscopic level but causes +10 damage to you.

So form the rasengan, and then add some more wind chakra to it to form the blades of the rasen shuriken and then try attacking my clone *poof* with it.

Rasen Shuriken is basically a combination of the rasengan and wind manipulation that encases the opponent in a huge violent orb of slicing wind that draws in anyone nearby and cuts on the microscopic level but causes +10 damage to you.

So form the rasengan, and then add some more wind chakra to it to form the blades of the rasen shuriken and then try attacking my clone *poof* with it.

*I first disperse the Rasengan I have already created. Then, by using pure Fuuton chakra I go through the process of creating another Rasengan, but this one is strictly made of wind.

Following this, I add additional Fuuton chakra to the Wind Rasengan, which helps it start to form three small points, almost like a regular shuriken is embedded into its center.

Then, by increasing the output so that I'm pumping a large amount of Wind chakra into the Rasengan and by further using Shape manipulation, I create large "blades" around the Rasengan to extend and start spinning quickly as I lift the orb above my head.

I continue to add chakra to it for a short while longer, to increase its size and strength just a little bit more, as well as further using Shape Manipulation to ensure it's form.

Then, taking the newly formed Rasengan in my hand, I charge at your clone.*

for this one, you form the rasengan, and cover it in fire chakra. when you charge at your opponent with it, it will cause a blazing maelstrom upon impact, burning ur opponent and the surroundings around him

o.o I can see why this is one of your favorites. xd I've been using an improvised version of this lately by using Destruction Torrent with Hurricane Fists.

*Creating a Wind Rasengan in my hand, I begin focusing Suiton chakra into that same hand, creating one of my favorite jutsu, the Destruction Torrent, within the Rasengan, infusing it with water.

Then, I thrust my hand forward and fire off the Destruction Torrent, which engulfs and expands as it absorbs the Wind Rasengan, creating a powerful cyclone.*

Sorry. Went a bit overboard.

*Forming a Rasengan in my hand, I begin by channeling Doton Chakra into it, making it take on an earthy color. I continue to alter my chakra from a combination of neutral and Doton to pure Doton, until the Rasengan is formed entirely of Doton Chakra.

Then, rearing back my arm, I release a burst of chakra and throw the Doton Rasengan, so that once it goes in between the trees it catastrophically fails and all the chakra explodes outwards.*
