the Sharingan is the pride of the Uchiha. xD but apart from that i know that when it is activated, the user basically sees everything in slow motion, like the Naruto v. sasuke at valley of end fight. it can track movements and handseals and gives the user the ability to copy an opponents jutsu and see taijutsu attacks coming. it can also see chakra, but not see chakra flow as well as the Byakugan

target to go numb from the electrical charge.
And when the spear is fully formed, my clones form an opening on you and i throw the spear at u. This is my ultimate raiton combination.
now use the horrible shocks to force yourself to focus ur chakra into your eyes, and form the sharingan....use the pain....use the pain!

*stands there and watches the onslaught of raiton attacks coming towards me.* holy sweet mother of.. *i get cut off as the attacks hit me. pain surges through my body, i try to concentrate on forcing the pain and chakra into my eyes. i fall to my knees. cough and look up at you, with the sharingan formed in my eyes* please no more, i nearly died D:
