yes it would but my rain didn't just stop in mid air
it kept traveling giving me moisture to travel with
from the angle and height of where you shot it you couldn't possibly heat up the air below you and your bird just over where was over you
and i would very much appreciated if you were to battle me again when i am 100% focus on here
i am doing a research paper at the same time so i tried to finish you off with powerful jutsu quickly and that isn't my style of fighting lol
