and not really, i didn't misunderstand, he is trying to make bio with same KG as his current bio already has, and yes i know he made Loki Mandalorian who still isn't approved tho, so he is technically trying to break a rule by making another Yuki for Houzuki who he drops while having approved Yuki already

No i didn't think so, i'm telling you that the name dragon slayer is taken and not permitted, that is the name which is mine, the techniques also mine, basically anything to do with dragon slayer dragon slayer magic or calling yourself a dragon slayer is not allowed.

An arrangement was made that no Dragon slayer techniques could be created by random members any longer, only this with direct permission from Dan, or those who had them before can make them, this is arranged with Xylon and the group already exists, i am a part of that group and this is why i am telling him now.

If i remember correctly.. It was by Caliburn or another Rp mod that said its just a title, a name. but claming a TITLE is BS and cant be done
thats like saying we cant call ourselves the God Of Shinobi since Hashirama has that title. thats cool its arranged by Xylon but it cant be done and if it was it shouldnt have been done.
and claiming a name on NB is a no-go and suffice to say... if you take this up with the higher ups they will more than likley laugh as nobody gives 2 damns about a name (Dragon Slayers) as Dragon Slayer Arts was never approved and still pending if not denied

Dude the reason there is a group for us...Is because tons of people started copying all the approved dragon slayer techniques to copy and make there own varietys, i am simply informing him that the titles and arts in general are no longer permitted, how long would it be if i hadn't mentioned it?
A week, maybe two and i would have seen more DS customs being declined because nobody mentioned it, fact is having a poor attitude in general to anyone making a statement doesn't bode well at all for him.

Now onto topic, interesting bio there Loki (considering I was the first official Laxus Dreyar Yuki), but as for what Mig's is ranting on about it that it's best to wait till your one is officially dropped before submitting a new custom Yuki bio. It will only confuse people in the long run when they see that an already approved bio is a custom Yuki, and your trying to make another one by dropping the other bio that isn't the Yuki.

Also there is no need to rant, none stop and think that ripping into people is needed. If you see a post you don't lie just ignore it.

You shouldnt have been able to patent that to be honest....
the fact somebody names a custom dragon slayer art is little to NO reason to patent that
not only that but u do understand If i wanted to copy ur jutsu i dont have to call it dragon slayer art
i could call it God Tamer Art and use the same description as you.. all in all patenting a name on nb is slightly ... not slighty but really dumb.. unless there is more your not telling me?

Ah, i'm glad to see someone post a rational and simple post.
The thing is, i don't know when Cali will start checking bios, and aslong as my other yuki is being dropped, making a new one shouldn't be an issue, not to Cali atleast, but for some people. Woof.

Dragon slayers are completely full up, it's the eventual outcome when people start stealing moves, i just told you loads of submissions got copied literally word for word from dan's CJ thread without his permission, had the element changed and the members starting calling themself the dragon slayer of *Insert element name*
That is why the Dragon slayers are now exclusive.
