While I don't know your "finger shooting" jutsu, it looks pretty simple... like a tiny rasengan on the tip of the finger that you then launch forth with an explosion of chakra

*my index finger starts to glow green with my signature green chakra *

*it turns black as I increase the yang chakra*

Yang can't outdo yang. They only make each other stronger. Same goes for yin.

Only the opposite can cancel them out. By that I mean if you use yang and I use yin, they'll both cancel each other out: no one wins.
