How do I make it where every time I pos it auto does the template?
Using as much detail as possible, perform it:i begin by kneading my chakra into the palm of my hands. I then grip the chakra and use my nature manipulation to give the chakra lightning properties. I then take the chakra and whip the tree standing next to you several times until it begins to burn.
How/when might you use this in battle?:to begin a turn, to keep opponents at bay
Under what conditions wouldn't you use this jutsu?:would: when they get close as I could easily slash them. Wouldn't:with a water jutsu being put over me. With small projectiles being sent at me that are metal.
Why would you choose this in battle?:its really quick and I could use it to slash the enemy
How would you counter this?:a large scale earth jutsu or by throwing a kunai at the hand that he is channeling chakra through because it would stop the flow of chakra t the whip.
Any combinations you can think of? (If you use a jutsu combination, just post the full name):um. This with a water jutsu that could be sprayed in a stream(no water training but I know a juts like this exists.)

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): i begin by gathering a large sum of my chakra into my mouth. i then condense it and release it through my mouth giving it lightning like properties and shaping it into a spear. as it races twards you i make it break apart and make the new beams (5) go around you instead of hitting you.

ummm nvr mind instead of a wall i would use a winnd jutsu that acts like nejis palm rotation. i know there is one i just cant find the name

Okay, so you need to b careful when using a wall to block jutsu. Since it's lightning, you'd most likely use a wind wall so it'll be okay as you can see through wind. Same with the Hyuuga technique, though be sure it's not raw chakra otherwise you'll need an A-rank jutsu to counter this lightning jutsu.
If you used a solid wall (A-rank earth for example) you'd put yourself in a position to be blind-sighted... literally.

Maybe something a little more concrete in terms of a defence... you could also just use a water jutsu to knock your target down and then finish them... Give me specifics on the jutsu you use and how you use it please.​

1. Throw a Kunai or another distance jutsu that way when he goes poof I don't get electricuted. Or I could fight him with a clone.

One small meta-gaming problem... unless your opponent blatantly creates the clone before you, you wouldn't know which is the real foe and which is the clone xD
All I'm saying is that you'll have to treat it like a normal person, thus a kunai would be blocked quite easily... and if you punch it, you'll get zapped O__O'
