The blast would send a normal human back unless the human was extremely strong and gifted with tai. I could use this to my advantage because when he is open in the air I could attack. And even if he can stand up to the explosion he would have been electrified a bit.

Alright, very good on the response, however, I'd like you to focus on a bit more things about the nature of the explosion.
It creates a LOT of sound, as any explosion would...how might you use this to your advantage?

And as for your question, you can make the shield explode any time you wish.

I could use it to send off a sound to help my teammates find me? Or if I'm fighting a aburama I could hurt their ears

The flash of the lightning could completely blind them and could let my comrades escape.Becuase it's spontaneous,it would not be easily seen coming.

Well, the sound could also lead your opponent to think the jutsu is more powerful than it is or the sound of the explosion would take his mind off (for a brief moment) of finishing his attack at the time you detonate the jutsu.

Okay, now I want you so focus your raiton chakra, and shoot out small wave of lightning from your hands towards my clone. From the wave I also want it so that small bolts are fired off in all directions that would burn by clone as they hit him.

Think of the noise o this jutsu, like most lightning jutsu it would have a distinct sound as it is crackles around the place. How could this be used defensively?

As the wave is released I can see little "bursts" of sparks jump from the wave. The wave hits your clone and your clone disappears. I could use this teqhnique to stop some projectiles

Now, almost like before, I want you to release a wave of electricity from both your hands. Make it strong enough to rip through rock as it makes its way to my clone.

What would happen if the electricity met with a water source such as a water jutsu or lake?

I gather a lot of chakra into both my hands and I let the chakra flow out like a wave. I put a lot more "umph" into it this time the jutsu has similar effects as the last justsu does. The justsu passes through the rocks and hits your clone. Your clone disappears. Now if I were to use a water jutsu with this or even use a lake it would greatly intensify the effects.

Good, it would definitely increase the power of the jutsu and it would also increase the speed the lightning travels at, as water is such a good conductor of electricity.
