As I remember Orochimaru was weakened when he fought Sasuke.
btw, Sasuke admitted that he wouldn't be able to defeat a healthy Orochimaru.

Hmm...Hard to say, i would say that they make it to Itachi and Kisame, if they do beat Hidan and Kakuzu. Factoring out the fatigue. Kisame is a good counter for Jiraya, both his fire element, and varies skills(to lazy to state them all, but i'll assume you know them if you're commenting on this thread)...But without a lucky eye contact i doubt Itachi can take on both Tsunade and Jiraya.

All their abilities are pointless against sharingan genjutsu exsapt jiraiya more or less.
