In his current arsenal Itachi has Susanoo, Tsukuyomi, and Amaterasu, he also has genjutsu variants such as finger genjutsu. He has a crow summonings. Kenjutsu skills, and Katon. He also uses bunshin feintsYou can expand on these if you like, I won't.
The Sannin however, have a certain skill set each unique to them. Tsunade is my area of expertise, and I'm pretty lazy right now but for the sake of giving the other sannin their due credit.

As under the same conditions to which Susanoo has been tested, namely Tsunade and A's strength, stone would have crumbled we can hypothesize that Susanoo has a greater density than stone, and the human body. Why is this relevant? Beyond the density and weight of Susanoo it has no bottom. Which helps in terms of sinking, because it's shape allows some of the weight to be distributed inside so it will not sink as far. Jiraiya and Itachi both use Katon. So Itachi's advantage there has disappeared as Jiraiya has shown a greater capacity and greater flexibility with his katons. What is particularly helpful here is the fact that Jiraiya can form oil in his mouth before using a katon which in turn makes his katons stronger. And I've think we've seen that a bigger fire overwhelms a smaller one.

Toad Summons and Jutsu
How Jiraiya uses this against Itachi
Jiraiya has been shown using 5 toads in battle. Two of which are boss sized toads, one is a giant toad, and the other two are ma and pa. The immediate risk that comes up is Food Cart Destroyer. The next issue Itachi has to contend with is the toad's Kenjutsu. In addition Gamaken carries a shield which could protect himself or others from physical attacks. Additionally, Gamabunta does utilize oil, on the largest scale shown to date. When used in conjunction with a katon it is enough to create a flame much larger than him and all of the boss summons combined.

As Tsunade broke Susanoo with a punch, and shattered it with a kick, and managed to completely lay out a clone with a punch assuming Gamabunta is as strong as her, or that Gamabunta is stronger. He should be able to slice through Susanoo. The same goes with Gamahiro, and Gamaken would be able to crush it. If they are weaker, because they have a cutting tool their job will be made easier. While Fukasuka has the Fighting Tongue Slash to cut Itachi apart. I also would like to point out that Kabuto demonstrated that those with gifted eyes are not immune to sound based attacks. The elder toads possess two different attacks. Both take effect due to sound, but the Demonic Illusion Chant controls what the subject sees while leaving the opponent immobile, whereas frog call simply stuns the opponent. In either case, we have no reason to believe that sound waves cannot penetrate Susanno, as Sasuke was able to have conversation with Itachi while in Susanoo.

In terms of maximum power punches there is Goemon. Which is powerful alone. But what happens when Gamabunta provides the oil instead of Jiraiya, and Jiraiya and Shima both provide the katon, while Orochimaru and Fukasuka provide the wind, and Tsunade decides to act as an amplifier? How Jiraiya uses this against Itachi
Should Itachi come in close range, Jiraiya could choose to negate any attack with Rasengan. While I highly doubt it will penetrate Susanoo, should Jiraiya catch Itachi out of Susanoo, any level of rasengan would spell trouble for Itachi.
How Jiraiya uses Shadow Clones against Itachi:
Jiraiya has been seen on more than one occasion using shadow clones. He's used them for training and he's used them as feints. Thus he may use a shadow clone to trick Itachi, or have a shadow clone hold the Toad Flatness — Shadow Manipulation Technique and nail Itachi with an attack.

How Jiraiya uses barriers and paralytic effects against Itachi: Jiraiya is also quite well known for his use of barriers. If Itachi walks into one of Jiraiya's traps he can end up inside of the toad gourd prison. Which melted one of Pein's Path's in half. The canopy barrier would allow Jiraiya to be aware of Itachi's every movement if he should lose eyesight. With the Shadow Manipulation, and Susanoo casting a large shadow is quite possible for one of Jiraiya's shadow clones to immobilize Susanoo while other teammembers attacks.
Sage Mode
How Jiraiya uses this against Itachi
In addition to the possibilities listed above, the greatest benefit from Jiraiya's Sage mode has to deal with genjutsu. Because Ma and Pa are constantly feeding into his chakra pool they would know immediately when it was being controlled and could counter the genjutsu by disrupting Jiraiya's chakra flow.
Orochimaru
Attack Prevention: So now Itachi faces the challenge of hitting Orochimaru. Another factor to consider is what may happen to the Amaterasu flames when Orochimaru becomes one with the ground or whatever medium he's using.
Eight Branches: Perhaps the only option Itachi may have against Eight Branches is Amaterasu or Totsuka, but Itachi still has a limit and spamming Amaterasu on something which can come back on you is not the brightest idea. And Wielding Totsuka all around willy-nilly making yourself a larger target in a 8 vs 2 fight is a horrible idea.
Formation of 10000 snakes: what is dangerous about these snakes is the fact that not only do they have swords but they can bind you by coiling around the enemy making motion impossible, in addition to being poisonous.
Body Shedding: Should Orochimaru take a high amount of damage or be caught off guard with Amaterasu and be unable to remove the black flames Body Shedding will allow him to return to his original state.
Many Hidden Shadow Snake Hands: Once again this technique is great for restraining Itachi, which would serve the purposes of a combination attack.
Rashomon: If Orochimaru got the Rashomon gates up fast enough to block a mini TBB there is a possibility the could completely block Amaterasu with these gates.
Longsword of the Sky: With this technique Oro could stand far behind the gates and attack Itachi continually with the longsword or he can have it pop from underground while Itachi is in Susanoo. Additionally, because of Orochimaru's ability to change his body's characteristics he's able to attack from extremely long distances and from unlikely places. If Orochimaru places the Rashomon gates up first then perform this attack on Itachi has no way of preparing for as trapped within the confines of Susanoo would be fatally impaled.

Wind Release: Great Breakthrough : With these jutsu not only could Orochimaru add in the Goemon attack, but he could also use this attack as method of distracting Itachi similar to how the fuuton that was used against the juubi served to distract it.
Gathering of Snakes: Should Itachi get in attacks with the Totsuka sword Orochimaru can heal them with gathering of snakes.
Not to mention that Orochimaru has 4 different boss snake summonings which can are anaconda based. Which means they specialize in squeezing things to death. Should they wrap around Susanoo, it's a very real possibility that the Susanoo body, may do the same thing a human body does when been squeezed by an Anaconda, never mind several of them, which would lead the fall of Susanoo. And an exposed Itachi.
Tsunade
I will first demonstrate that Tsunade is in fact a quick opponent. I will then highlight Tsunade's strength and battle style for future reference, in this section I differentiate between Tsunade's two types of strength which is relevant for the sake of my Preta Path argument. We will look at Tsunade's durability and stamina feats which show that she is not going to be so simply taken out of the picture and that gravitational powers do not necessarily spell death for her. Then I will show that Tsunade is a highly intelligent person with the ability to think on her feet. I will then display Katsuyu's abilities for the sake of my arguments for against Deva and Animal paths. I will then conclude with a possible scenario for each individual battle and a team battle. I encourage you to read both posts.
Tsunade's Speed and Reflexes:
Most people think that Tsunade is slow and sluggish. In fact, people often think her affinity to slugs make her slow. They bring in databook numbers to say that she is slow. So I will actually bring her feats into play here.
when Tsunade shoves Gamabunta's sword into Manda's mouth I'd call that a speed of feat. Thinking Logically about the feat Manda went underground and blitzed Gamabunta. Neither Gamabunta nor Jiraiya had time to react. It would make no logical sense for Tsunade to be in the air with the sword with no target as she has not the ability to hover. Therefore, she must have jumped and reacted after Manda appeared above ground and managed to attack him with such accuracy coming from off panel.

When Tsunade threw herself in front of Orochimaru's blade that was a feat of speed . And considering Jiraiya was only able to to form a single handseal before Oro's blade struck Tsunade and no one even thought it was capable to get in the way judging by their shocked faces yet Tsunade did.

And when Tsunade attacked Orochimaru I'd consider that a feat of speed considering Orochimaru was paying close enough attention to her he could tell her trembling had stopped yet he was completely unprepared for Tsunade's kick.

When Madara was attacking the 5 kage with his Katon none of the kages were able to react in time not even A. Yet Tsunade not only saw the attack but was able to respond as well.

When Tsunade blitzed Shizune, Shizune had no way of reacting in fact she was completely caught off guard.

And Tsunade was able to use her speed to avoid Naruto's attacks without much effort.

The fact that her speed was compared to A's is a great thing. No she is not in his speed range, but being compared to the second fastest character alive would she's not slow, the same way Raikage's strength in comparison to the strongest character alive does not make him weak.

When Kabuto was attacking Tsunade is was a fact that Tsunade had been out of battle many years. It was a fact that she had not been resting. It was also a fact that she was holding back based on her not using Katsuyu or Creation Rebirth.

Additionally in her fight against Madara, Madara had her taking one 5 autonomous clones of himself wrapped in Susanoo. Meaning they had the sharingan precognition and the rinnegan shared vision yet Tsunade was still able to get behind a clone and incapacitated it. And because each kage received 5 clones to fight, yet we only see four in the picture two of which are definitely left standing behind Tsunade, another is ambigously farther away either collapsed on top of a stone sharing a fate similar to the clone in front of Tsunade or unable to close the distance. We can reason that she had incapacitated at least two clones.

We again saw Tsunade's reflexes during Madara's attack when Madara was using his perfect Susanoo Tsunade had started another jutsu.

In addition she was able to coordinate a joint attack with Mei, A, and Oonoki when A was in his raiton armor.

Orochimaru and Kabuto were nearly blitzed together in Tsunade's initial up front attack they narrowly escaped death.

Even in a fatigued state so great that she was moments away from going into a coma she managed to beat anbu to Pein.

Additionally, Tsunade's hands moved fast enough that not only was she able to disarm and neutralize Naruto but pickpocket him and hide away his wallet all without being seen in the action, while intoxicated.

And when Pein was about to attack with Asura's path Tsunade's arm had already risen, which means logically she could have simply struck the blizting Asura path. So she was a victim of plot no jutsu and fatigue

Even when distracted and drunk, Tsunade was able to respond to what she thought was a fully powered rasengan using only one finger.

Tsunade's Strength and battle prowess:
Tsunade has proven that she is physically the strongest character in Naruto. She accomplishes this in two ways. She uses medical ninjutsu to create chakra explosions.

and due to the explanation given of the medical ninjutsu strength we can reason that lifting, maneuvering and pulling attacks we were shown were accomplished through natural strength.

This attack illustrates that Tsunade is willing to use shockwaves, a by product of her strength, to gain an advantage in battle. Incidently, Tsunade's shockwaves are strong enough to break through solid stone walls, in the close up you can see the damage actually extended slightly pass the walls, and in the farther shot you can see both walls to heavy damage meaning if someone was caught by her shockwaves instead of her direct strength they would still take great damage and possibly even suffer death.

Another byproduct of Tsunade's strength is a change in environment. This change, makes opponent's whose moves are swifter than Tsunade a risk to use because of uneven footing. Tsunade though has shown that she is adept at maneuvering even in such circumstances.

Tsunade has also proven that she is willing to use her environment to aid her in battle and is willing to use the resources available to her to claim victory. By extension she could use the aftermath of her strength i.e. rocks and boulders as projetiles, and as MLB players can pitch with speeds over 100 miles per hour I imagine that the speed of Tsunade's projectiles would be much higher given her strength..

Furthermore, Tsunade does not only attack with brute strength but also in ways specific to medical ninjas. Such as targeting pressure points and forcing involuntary reactions.

Tsunade should have a method of fighting similar to Kabuto as she made a comparison between his fighting style and hers. As Tsunade's style of fighting is so radically different she couldn't make a valid comparison unless she use a method of attack similar to Kabuto. She's proven that PTS Kabuto's strength is no where near her past prime strength (not just physically but all around as a ninja) thus it only stands to reason she was referring to using medical ninjutsu offensively. Even the way the statement was phrased in that it was prefaced to him being a medical ninja before finishing the statement suggests that the following was related to him being a medical ninja.

Among Katsyuyu's abilities is the ability to divide into many versions of herself. Her full bodied self is capable of spitting acid so it is logical to assume that her minis could as well..

Or given how Tsunade was able to heal the village through Katsuya and she was going to kill Orochimaru with Medical Ninjutsu if a small katsuyu a few inches long is stuck on an opponent Tsunade needs only to channel the technique through Katsuya to kill an opponent. I can see Tsunade inacting this jutsu while multitasking as she always holds the jutsu that keeps her looking young, while using augmented monster strength, while using forbidden jutsus, or how she keeps up her technique while she heals.In addition to the obvious fact that Katsuyu can crush people. Given the crushing power of this mini katsuyu it only stands to reason the a full sized katsuyu would be much more deadly.

For Tsunade her primary responsibility will be in the role of medic. But she has shown sufficient skills in speed that grant us the knowledge to know that should the other two sannins be incapable of taking down Itachi she has the speed to hit him. We've also seen that she has a certain control with electricity, in this way, she can make Itachi unable to defend himself should they come in close contact. She not only has the hype but shown expertise with avoiding attacks to safely suggest she can avoid the majority of Itachi's attacks. With Byakugu she can heal from the attacks she was unable to avoid. Lethal intent doesnt have anything with this. He tryed take sasukes body by force but was caught again by 3tm genjutsu
I mean its manga facts he cant win against that...
