My vote goes to Akatsuki. They have two Mangekyou Sharingan users and a user of the legendary Rinnegan plus nin who range S-Class with the top Ninja being SS-Class and I would say Tobi at SSS-Class.

Also because Kisame is also about Chakra consumption. He could be a front line soldier for them and absorb the Chakra from any Jutsu thrown at him I would also assume Ei's Raiton Armor.

Hands down Kumogakure would lose heavily even with Kirabi and his mastery over the Eight Tails backing them up.

If whole akatsuki gang attack that battle would last like 10-15min. there is no stoppin them as 1group

Akatsuki hands down.
Nagato and Deidara could destroy the village in one shot using Shinra Tensei or Chibaku Tensei in combination with c3 or c4.
Sasori and his puppets will take out any survivors with his hundreds of puppets.
Kisame and Itachi will take out the still alive A and Bee.
Kakazu will collect new organs and leftover coins.
Hidan will not be needed except to hunt down the fleeing chunin and genuine and mothers and children to massacre them and Zetsu will eat the leftovers.
Tobi would not get involved except to teleport to Kisames battle with Bee and wait till Kisame has drained all of his chakra and kidnap Bee and store him in his realm.
Konan will do s celebratory dance of the shikigami to entertain the Akatsuki lol.

with so many members around they could win without any casualties. but only if they work together if not at least five of them will be standing when kumo falls

even he was priest.. he wanted peace more than anything.. he would get nerdrage+godmode on and wipeout some ****ers seriously xd and then go bk to church and pray some more for lost souls.

It would be a bit fairer if you took Nagato(pain) and itachi out.
