nagato can be either one body or with the pains

Zetsu's important to the organization but in terms of fighting ability, he's fairly useless.

1. Madara/Itachi

You may ask.... Itachi? Yes. The only reason is because he knew way too much about Madara for his own good. And knowing as much as he did, he must have known a way to defeat him which Nagato wouldn't have known. Add on top of this the fact that he wasn't even healthy and was still on par with the best shinobi in the world, and you have one very strong and under-rated character (Itachi under-rated weird right?)

Yes, she's probably stronger. But faced with deidera's fighting style she wouldn't be able to beat him.

regardless of how weak people think deidera is, fighting someone from long range is a very tough feat
