-Itachi/Kisame : Probably a better chance then most believe. I think Guy and Kisame have been setup as somewhat of rivals to each other from opposite factions. I mean, they faced off about 3 times if memory serves right? And Guy did pretty well didn't he? To me that means it can go either way, which would decide it likely.
On that note, Kakashi is one of the few people who can avoid being completely overwhelmed by Itachi's Sharingan despite being swizzlepwned when they first met in Konoha. Of course nothing is for certain, but I think that just maybe, Kakashi may be able to hold out long enough for Guy to beat Kisame, and then if he has anything left after that a 2v1 could swing in their favor. (I love Itachi despite his methods being ... dumb ... so I'm not trying to under-estimate him!)
-Pain/Konan : I'd like to think that Kakashi might stand a chance against either Pain or Konan but not both. I've recently become very impressed with Konan after seeing her fight vs Tobi. That being said, everything about this matchup is a poor setting for Guy, as her fighting style and flight has an advantage over his taijutsu, as well as Deva Pain's push/pull abilities to keep him at bay. That makes this essentially a 2v1, and I'm quite certain my beloved Kakashi can't pull that off.
Note: If it's all 6 paths of Pain, then they have no chance.
-Tobi/Zetsu : Impossible to say imo, cause we still don't know the full extent of Zetsu's power, and we are just now begining to see what Tobi is capable of. So anyone who has not been defeated yet, cannot really be a part of this question imho.
-Deidara/Sasori : I think Deidara is massively over-rated because he's an interesting and pretty cool character. Put that on hold though, Sasori would be easily beaten by either Guy or Kakashi alone I feel, especially after being beaten by Sakura and Chiyo (no disrespect granny). Over-rated or not, Deidara can do damage, but I can't see him taking either of these opponents out without taking himself out too, basically chalking it up to a loss in my book.
Note: Not to contradict myself, I want to point out that sasori may be a ranged fighter, but I don't think the nature of his range can keep Guy's blazing speed and power at bay. Especially if Kakashi can MS away his puppet to create an opening, which I doubt would be necessary...
-Hidan/Kakuzu : With their combined speed and intelligence, they can probably keep Hidanout of the fight long enough to eliminate Kakuzu, but i really don't know how they would take down Hidan. I don't think he's better than them, but it did take the genius of Shikamaru to "beat" him. Although I guess he needed his trap because he wasn't actually skilled enough in combat to beat him head on. So I'm going to say that Kakashi and Guy should be able to disarm & dismantle him, it's just a matter of whether or not they realize they need to bury him among the all mighty deer guardians of the forest lol.
Hidan didn't really impress me, he chased people around like a chicken with his head cut off...
