Radec-sensei: *still standing still, he pivots on one foot to the right, and delivers a definitive parry during Mugen's second slash (preventing him from finishing the Cross) that throws Mugen towards the left, towards his Air Cutter techniques... meanwhile, Radec's maneuver had managed to shift his body just out of the Wind Cutter's range, whilst his parry had pushed Mugen towards the wind blades. Radec's crystal dust cloud had opened a little, allowing the wind blades into his domain...*

Mugen: *using the momentum of the parry to gain a circular movement that he managed to practice using Aikido. Mugen then plants his right foot and sticks his sword out, allowing for one of the wind cutter to dance around his blade as a focal point, while still being cut in the process. Mugen then quickly spins his blade and yells* Nine Headed Dragon Slash!! *The blade generates 9 circular disk of wind that are then launched at high speeds at Radec, and charges Radec head on using the Chakra blades as cover*

I've always lived here. i don't know where i was born; the people whom took care of me say that my parents where both formally akaski and went here. Both very strong, aparently my dad had a thing for eatting glass. -alice chuckles- i didn't believe them when they said that though. They called him Grimm and mom Clarie. My dad's strength and my mom's beatuty.

Radec-sensei: *the crystal dust suddenly rushes in, forming a small defensive wall (similar to Gaara's sand), which dissipates most of the wind blades. Radec parries away the remaining wind blades, although one manages to graze his left shoulder, ripping part of his Akatsuki cloak's sleeve. Radec then barely manages to Block Mugen's impact, and it causes him to be pushed back, feet dragged. Their impact causes a strong shockwave that ripples around the training area* Nice work, Mugen.

Seeing as the Jounin Zabuza can use it, it most-likely is a B-C rank Suiton Technique.
It can be easily blown away using a weak Fuuton Technique.

(I beg to differ. Easy to blow away isn't all that accurate and here's my reason why:
In the Shinobi World War arc, or, hell, even the Zabuza arc, they could've blown it away easily? Why didn't they then? Because it's most likely not that easy. With a lot of shinobi available, not ONE knew a technique that could ispose of it during the fight with the seven mist swordsmen?)

Why would the Shinobi of Iwa, Konoha, Suna, Kumo, and Ame know what the Technique is?
Shinobi in the Manga usually have One-Two releases. A third one is very rare, Kirigakure nin wouldn't be everywhere anyway.

So, none knew how to use a Wind Release technique to get rid of it, like you say? Wind Release had to have been in the crowd...The chance of someone without Wind Release in the crowd is VERY slim.
