I can't tell you my techinics. also icome from here. I've always lived here. i don't know where i was born; the people whom took care of me say that my parents where both formally akaski and went here. Radec parries away the remaining wind blades, although one manages to graze his left shoulder, ripping part of his Akatsuki cloak's sleeve. Radec then barely manages to Block Mugen's impact, and it causes him to be pushed back, feet dragged. Their impact causes a strong shockwave that ripples around the training area* Nice work, Mugen.

Seeing as the Jounin Zabuza can use it, it most-likely is a B-C rank Suiton Technique.
It can be easily blown away using a weak Fuuton Technique.

(I beg to differ. Easy to blow away isn't all that accurate and here's my reason why:
In the Shinobi World War arc, or, hell, even the Zabuza arc, they could've blown it away easily? Why didn't they then? Because it's most likely not that easy. With a lot of shinobi available, not ONE knew a technique that could ispose of it during the fight with the seven mist swordsmen?)

Soul:whoa thats interesting well ill introduce myself im Soul Tysomomo from the land of iron my father was great samurai who collected the tailed beast chakara blades made by a elder of a time before us but my mother she was a ex-ninja from the cloud turned aktaski she was known for her forbiddin Black lightning technique she was killed for being who she was and my father was killed for protecting her by those filthy samurai and all i was left with was nine blades containing chakara from each tailed beast and the black lightning technique only i can use being the last of my clan *stops and stares* hmmmm if all goes right ill be strong enough to..... *stops and laughs a little* haha cant tell all my plans *smiles at alice*

Why would the Shinobi of Iwa, Konoha, Suna, Kumo, and Ame know what the Technique is?

Nova: I think you should ask Radec who only specializes only in hand to hand combat. You should find him training with Mugen

Why would the Shinobi of Iwa, Konoha, Suna, Kumo, and Ame know what the Technique is?

So, none knew how to use a Wind Release technique to get rid of it, like you say? Wind Release had to have been in the crowd...The chance of someone without Wind Release in the crowd is VERY slim.
