Most of those Akatsuki members are pretty much on par with a Kage...I don't think even the very powerful Konoha team there would last very long. But for argument's sake, I'll throw in my thoughts.
Original Konoha shinobi: Even Kakashi and Guy couldn't handle that many Akatsuki members; if Guy opened up ALL 8 Gates, their chances of survival would still be pretty much none. We haven't seen enough of ninjas like Inoichi and Shikaku to be sure how well they would fare—but we have seen a lot from the Akatsuki members; I'm not sure how well they could fight against them.
BM Naruto: The Akatsuki's whole purpose was pretty much to gather all of the Tailed Beasts. This isn't the first one they've fought. Yes, BM Naruto would put up a great fight, but against THAT many trained Tailed Beast hunters? I hope Naruto's previous bowl of ramen was amazing, because he's not eating another one.
Tsunade: She's pretty handy as a medic; but not really for anything else. She isn't a long range fighter, and with the level of skill the enemy has and the diversity of their attacks, Tsunade would probably be soloed by any decent long-range fighter on the Akatsuki team.
Jiraiya: I love J-Man, but even he couldn't stand up to this crowd. He was killed by the Six Paths alone (granted, he didn't have knowledge then...I assume in this case he does). While he may know their techniques now, Jiraiya's not gonna be able to avoid THAT many peoples' attacks. In addition, if Nagato is fighting alongside the Six Paths, the difficulty level of taking the Six Paths down by themselves just got 10x harder.
Also take into account Deidara's explosions—they have a pretty nice range, and if the Konoha shinobi got bunched up at all, he could potentially really hurt their forces.
Hidan's immortality and Body-Bonding jutsu would seal the deal for people like Tsunade and Guy, who pretty much have to stick to relatively close distances to fight their opponent. Once Hidan got some blood and made the circle, whoever he's targeting is pretty much dead (the other Akatuski could probably defend him).
Orochimaru is there too. That's kind of self-explanatory.
Kisame and a Prime Itachi are a force to be reckoned with and could probably fight the Konoha team effectively with just those two.
All in all, I think the Akatsuki team has got this victory. Just my thoughts!
