Jiraiya survived a punch from Tsunade in her base and survived, so an enhanced punch from Sakura (which is equally powerful) is not going to shatter diamonds

That is true, but If jiraya could survive a punch from base tsunade without any sort of defense other than his normal bone structure, why wouldn't enma, who has one of the best defenses in the manga, not survive an attack from sakura?
