Aizen helps me out with some wind training

*grabs another rubber ball, grip it inbetween my hands*

*start to focus more chakra than last time into it, and mold it into swirls with each swirl set on a different rotation/angle*

*with each swirl adding to the pressure inside of the rubberball, i increase the power and speed of the swirls*

*untill it POPS!*

*focuses my chakra into my hands, and start to mold it into swirls*

*i add more chakra, and mold it to make more swirls on diffent rotations/angles*

*after i finish molding the swirl i add power a speed to the swirls*

good.,now control your chakra.,dont add too much or it will evaporate.,just the right fit

*still holding the chakra sphere, controling my chakra so that it steadys out*

*smashes into the tree*

*i focus chakra into my hands, start to mold it into swirls on top of swirls all on different angles*

*i then add speed and power to the swirls,, and then compress it and maintain control over it*

*then rush at the tree slamming the chakra sphere into it destroying it*

*takes five deep breathes, infuses chakra into each breath seperately*

*hold while infusing the breaths with chakra, untill they are fullyfused with each other*
(breaths and chakra fused with each other)

*spit out each breath molding it into sharp bladed balls*

*repeats 5 times, making 5 infront of myself*
