Aizen/Ginjou resemblance

I have search this section didn't find anything on this topic but has anyone notice a resemblance between Aizen and Ginjou? The first time they showed Ginjou I honestly though it was Aizen for a sec and than after that I kind of just let go of it. Than in recent chapters I decided to look at a pic of both of them and I see a little resemblance just Ginjou a little younger version of Aizen.
