I believe OP is talking about a fresh new match where both sides aren't affected by each other's abilities. But if we're going by we've seen from the manga so far then I guess It's possible that Aizen already manged to put him in somehow.....after all It's the biggest troll on earth aizen...........

Well the almighty is all about his vision and KS would be the best way to counter it since Aizen can make him see whatever he wants him to see.

Also its hard to say how much stronger Aizen is now, however Urahara said he's probably stronger than he was when he fought Ichigo and so far his reaitsu is suppressed to its minimum.
