History:
Born into Slavery
Aisoku was born to one of the many branch families within the Hyuga clan. His father was the brother of Hiashi Hyuga's father, thus making him Hiashi Hyuga's cousin. Aisoku was born three years after Hiashi and as is tradition on the day of Hiashi's third birthday the members of the Hyuga clan received the main family's fuuinjutsu seal. Being born on this day, there was not a day in his life that Aisoku wasn't branded with this mark. The seal ensured that in death no member of the clan could have their eyes removed and used by an enemy. But it also ensured the branch members would remain absolutely loyal to the main family, even if it was against their will. It was a symbol of oppression and slavery.
Throughout his childhood Aisoku was forced to obey the main family. He always came second to his cousin Hiashi. Even though he excelled beyond Hiashi's limits he was an afterthought within the clan. A branch member destined to be nothing more. This idea of being powerless to change his fate ate at Aisoku through his early years. He worked harder than anyone else in the academy yet his achievements went unnoticed. Hiashi was always the center of attention. Because of this, Aisoku grew to despise Hiashi.

End of a Road
These feelings of hatred towards Hiashi and the main family festered within Aisoku, building up until one day he couldn't contain his disgust any more. He waited until night fall and stealthily moved through the main family's complex. Clad in black clothing he was almost invisible in the dark halls. Aisoku held a kunai in his right hand as he slipped into the room of a sleeping Hiashi Hyuga. He was going to have his vengence against the "chosen" child. He raised the weapon and paused for a moment, unsure of what he was doing. At that moment the door swung open and a main family guard entered the room. Aisoku may have been invisible to a normal man, but to the byakugan he was clear as day. The guard used a single hand seal, crippling Aisoku where he stood.
Aisoku was taken into custody and thrown into the family prison. He had failed in his attempt to overcome the seal. As long as he was branded with that symbol he would be nothing more than a slave to the main family. By now he was at the age of twelve and was being considered an adult by the Hyuga elders due to the severity of his crime. They were contemplating whether or not to sentence him to death, and they may very well have done so if it wasn't for a man named Orochimaru.

The disturbance within the Hyuga clan was going on at the same time as another even within the village. A student of the 3rd Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, had been caught experimenting on human beings. It was something that shocked the entire village as Orochimaru had been a prime candidate for succeeding Hiruzen as the next hokage. But because of his experiments he was forced out of the village. Before he left, he wanted to take something with him. Orochimaru had a fascination with unique abilities. The byakugan of the Hyuga family was one of the things that interested him. As he escaped from the village he paid a visit to the detention center within the Hyuga complex.
It was here that Aisoku met Orochimaru. Orochimaru offered Aisoku the one thing he wanted most, to be rid of the seal that held him back his entire life. All he asked for in return was Aisoku's loyalty. Aisoku agreed to these terms and was broken free from his prison. Together with Orochimaru he fled the village. Orochimaru had done extensive research on all the forbidden and sealing techniques within the hidden leaf, including the Hyuga family's seal. Life with a Snake
Over the next few years Orochimaru trained Aisoku, helping him develop all of his abilities. Through experimentation his physical strength and speed were enhanced. Aisoku had one goal in mind, to return to Konoha and destroy the Hyuga. Orochimaru has other plans. He desired the byakugan for himself. Just as Orochimaru was beginning to develop a body switching technique his hideout was discovered. A squad of ANBU ninja had been tracking his movements since his departure from the hidden leaf, and they had finally found his location. Orochimaru sent Aisoku to deal with the squad of four. The first three were easily dispatched by Aisoku, but the fourth proved to be more difficult. He was the captain of the squad and like Aisoku had a unique set of eyes. They were able to see through every technique Aisoku threw at him. Even his speed meant nothing. His byakugan and his power was useless in front of these eyes, the sharingan. Aisoku was defeated and left in a pool of his own blood, barely hanging onto consciousness. Orochimaru had gone into hiding until the ANBU captain left. He stood over Aisoku with a look of disappointment and told him that he was no use to him any more. He said that he now desired a different type of power, and with that he left, leaving Aisoku there to die.
Left for Dead
Aisoku laid there going in and out of consciousness as blood leaked from his wounds. The last thing he saw was the sun setting behind a range of mountains. He awoke in a strange looking home with his body bandaged up. It seemed that he had escaped death. For the next couple of weeks he was taken care of by an elderly woman. Once he was healthy he left the woman's house and began he journey as a wanderer. He went from town to town training and improving his strength. He began working as a soldier for hire, willing to do whatever deed needed for the right price. Over the years he kept the thoughts of his old clan in the back of his mind, pushing himself to get stronger and stronger until he had the strength to face his old rival, and win.
