Arjuna walks on to the battlefield and observes his opponent's build and stature. He says while focusing chakra into his throat to trigger an instant hindering sound technique.

You know this battle is pointless, right?

(Ototon: Takanari Kichigai) - Sound Release: Ringing Madness
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user, gathering their sound chakra into their throat and emitting a sound (anything from a simply whistle to speaking or screaming, etc), creates a high frequency wave that targets a foe's ear, causing this portion of sound to remain in their opponents' ears, manifesting as a building ringing sound. The ringing continues to grow as time progresses, originally disrupting how a person hears hampering their ability to think clearly. From that point, it starts to mess with their balance until they become incredibly disorientated, and unable to mold chakra properly due to this.
Note: Lasts 8 turns and reduces damage of the jutsu used against the user by -5 until this effect wears off while increasing the chakra cost of every technique the enemy uses by +10

Immediately after saying these words, he focuses some Ice chakra to the left and right of Tasuke, spawning ice spikes that protrude from the ground and attack him on either side. The Spears are angled with a slight difference on either side. The spikes on the right are aiming some what upward, pointing toward the temple and side of Tasuke's face while the spikes on the left side are aiming lower at the side of the opponent's waist and lower abdomen.

(Hissatsu Hyōsō) Certain-Kill Ice Spears
Rank: B
Type: Attack/Defense
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user will create a single, or a large abundance, of very large ice spikes that will protrude from the ground. The spikes were shown to have been about the size, taller even, than a small house. The user can make multiple spikes that will rise up simultaneously in the same general vicinity, or a single one.

After the spikes protrude, Archer focuses his Ice chakra into the air around the battlefield causing a downfall of snow, that will completely engulf the field shortly.

(Kyousei Hyouton no Jutsu) Greater Ice Technique

Rank: A
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage: 60
Description: Similar to the original, weaker technique, the Greater Ice technique allows the user to, by making a simple hand seal (Ram) produce walls, pillars, etc of snow or ice. The ice constructs are rather simple in nature but resilient and strong, with the user being able to materialize them anywhere short range (though from that point they can grow up to long range) from him from the moisture in the air. He can, however, use any proportional water source within short-long range of him to produce said constructs. These can also be directed and propelled as projectiles towards targets. In both cases, the size and possible uses are limited only by the users will, chakra and skill. It also allows the user to cool down existing moisture in the high atmosphere to bring down a snow storm, similar to the original technique yet stronger and faster acting. This snow storm will not directly harm anyone but is useful to cover the field in snow rather quickly (2 turns) and to hinder visibility, sense of touch and hearing on anyone caught inside. The user is not immune to these effects though and must spend 15 chakra points per turn to sustain the blizzard, while becoming unable to mold other elements than Water, Wind or Ice.
