*A giant flying castle appears in the air*
*It flies down towards you, ready to crash into the ground and kill you, but all the sudden, it poofs away, creating alot of smoke, I land in the smoke*

water element...ok.
water element is the transformation of flowing chakra into sheer water and by manipulating it, we can pressurize it and turn into compressed water bullets. Due to it's nature, we know it'll put fire out but, unexpectedly, it is not weak to lightining. It's weak to doton that mixes and creates mud making leaving the suiton user unable to further perform his jutsus.
Normally, a suiton user uses a water source in order not to waste chakra. But very skilled wayer users may creat water out of thin air.

Handseals and imagination isn't gonna get you very far in battle, you need to use chakra >_< *facepalms*

*sniff* ok sensei *does handseals and begin to concentrate suiton chakra. eventually, the whole arena gets covered in thick mist* wow.*moves hands* It's very thick

Steadily, A thick white mist coveres a tewnty metre area. In mere seconds, nothing but what's less than a metre is seeable*

Hai, Mugi-Sensei! *does hsndseals, begins to flow more and more suiton chakra into his right hand. While doing so, begins to imagine a sharp sword of streaming water. All of a suddden water shoots up from his right hand and begins to take shape of a sharp-pointed double edge sword*

it looks like that. The shape aint perfect, but it'll do. And it is strong enough to cut through most fire jutsus. That will say, fire jutsu up to C rank

ok!* Closes eyes and being to concentrate suiton chakra and his right hand. In a burst of releasing water chakra, a sowrd begins to form. By keeping the relsease and chakra concentration stable. Manages to keep the shap of the water sword*

ok, sensei! *does handeseals, while imagining how does this sticky syrup feels in the stomach. Belives it must be transparent and very sticky. so, just like with cement, it must be moving in the stomach. Upon hitting the last handseal, he focuses suiton chakra to his stomach. Which begind to roar and to process the sticky fluid.* this feels so gross! *quickly, it spits the goop onto the gorund* ACK! so gross, it doens't have any flavour but feels too funny!*scratches toungue, and beigns to eat a chocolate*

Okey, here you need to use water source that is on the field, using water chakra and handseal, you will create a water clone out of the water that is on the field + water chakra.
The clone is only able to do water jutsus and taijutsu.
