(Tobirama 10 or 15 years younger aprox)
Sarutobi was around 4,5 or 6 wen tobirama trained him and around his 20s, harashiama on his 30s(35 or even 40 unless wood release made him younger)
That would make him at least 95 or 105 if he was older than the first between 100 and 110.

He did. Sasuke was 9, Itachi 13, The thing is that Itachi always seemed like an adult in his teen years, thats why people think he was older back then. They were beaten by a 13 years old with MS.

Indeed he was, why you think Konoha trusted him for the mission? because they knew how overpowered the kid was, just because the Uchiha clan couldnt stop talking about him. I think one of the smartest moves of Hiruzen/Danzo was to reclute him for the ANBU division.
