If he does, then Tsunade could really learn from Gaara.

She just sit and waits in her office while Konoha is getting destroyed.
Have you been sleeping in the past few weeks?! Who did save almost everybody of the Hidden Leaf village? Yeah, sure... You might want to have your eyes checked! ;)

In case you missed it, Tsunade didn't fight but she gave almost all of her chakra to Katsuyu so that it could heal the villagers... Still think she just sits in her office and do nothing? She's the only Hokage to have done that so far. How lame of you for not thinking before you write! xD

I think that the series may be coming to a closing. Kabuto won't take nearly as long as Pain to finish. Madara (or whoever Tobi truly is) will probably be the last long fight and he probably won't take as long as the Pain fight because once they find him he doesn't have other bodies so it's not like they'll be on a search for the real him meanwhile.

And besides that, everything and everyone is coming together. I personally predict that near the end Nagato will tell Naruto who the true leader of Akatsuki is, and once Naruto & possibly friends go out to find him they'll run into Sasuke. Followed by emotional speeches (courtisy of Naruto and Sakura) and blah blah blah.

And afterwards there will be a short Kabuto wanting to kill Sasuke interupption. A possible teamup between the two parties during that. Afterwards the long Madara thing, during which I can see it only fit that someone will die. And after that. I think that either the series will end... or another timeskip =/. But as I said, everything's coming together.

And once/if Naruhina happens, well, the series will be weird then ya know. I mean, even though many want it to happen and it does seem to fit, think about it. Idk, it just seems weird if Naruto marries Hinata or something. The story could possibly get a little too peaceful then.

Now the guy above me said something about Sasuke attacking Konoha, well this could be possible but since Akatsuki is an organization, there is a chance that Sasuke already knows that Pain went out to attack. And there are the things going around that Sasuke is just putting on an act to fool Tobi.
I agree with u dude.

Well first of all remember that the Raikage sent a squad to Konoha to discuss Sasuke and team Hawke. Also he talked about the 5 Kage's getting together talk about the Akatsuki. So I would imagine the Raikage and the village hidden in the clouds is going to be playing a decently big roll in the upcoming arcs. Maybe a Team Kirabi vs. Team Hawke sort of thing.

After that you can expect to see a lot of Madara/Tobi. If Naruto and Sasuke are going to reunite I would expect a Naruto and Sasuke vs. Madara battle, but the way Sasuke is going that seems a little unlikely. In the end I think Naruto is going to have to come to grips with Sasuke wanting to destroy Konoha and is going to have to battle him. I don't know where Madara is going to come into play because it seems it would be a little much for Naruto to fight everyone.

I have to think there's still many ninja villages we haven't been introduced to yet. There's many different directions kishi could take the series in after the madara arc. It seems a perfect time to wrap things up and close the series, but on the other hand he could easily go in an entirely new direction with all of his unused material. I don't think anyone would complain if the series continued for a few more years :), I don't know about you guys but I don't know what anime I'll be watching after Naruto.

Well spoken. I agree that unfortunately, Kishimoto may be on the way to finish Naruto. Maybe he could follow the modern trend of new beginnings.

He did write the Kakashi Gaiden between the time-skip. I think it would awesome if he started up with the ninja war between clans including the Senju and Uchiha. We could see Konoha built and the ninja wars. He could break it into chunks too, which would be more efficient.
