In part 1 it was always hinted that Sakura was very smart. She was the only one who could do the exam from the lot.

She even exercised her brains yet again in part 2 on a few occasions. How many times have your choice of the next best to shika with intelligence shown any brainy feats? That's how i judge it. It's your opinion though so i can't tell you to change that but i hope you would respect mine all the same.

Battle wise, Neji will fodderize you if you make one wrong movement. Not many ninja in Konoha(living) get the best of him, which is why he's one of the most intelligent battle wise.
