After Pain invasion Arc...

A lot of people say 'oh part 2 was great until after the pain invasion arc, then it goes to shit'

So can someone tell me what they dont like about the kage summit?

We were introduced to a lot of new cool characters and every fight in that arc was really awesome especially

Sasuke vs 5 Kages
Sasuke vs Danzo

Sasuke's character undergoes the darkest turn. Lowest points for all of team 7.

Then the war arc, which I dont have a problem but other people sure do.

After the Pain Invasion arc was when that one person said "Naruto isn't good anymore" and all the mindless sheep jumped on the hate bandwagon.

Naruto is good as it is... Sure, there are things that annoy me... Like the zetsus origins' completely unnecessary retcon... But overall, things are done well. And yes, even Kaguya and black Zetsu were foreshadowed.

To be honest the Pain Invasion arc is my favorite, it's not like i dislike the rest of it, but i just don't think it's as good as that arc.

I don't really listen when people complain. Kishimoto has made a universe in his mind and written down on paper for TEN years and I think that no matter how he writes the story it's amazing because it's his.

honestly the fight with Madara and the Shinobi Alliance was the best fight to ever be animated in naruto shippuden, even though min some shots Madara had the rinnegan already activated.

It was only shit during the start of the war, imo. The Kage Summit arc was one of my favourite arcs. That's when politics were really involved. Love seeing the shinobi world on a grand scale, rather than just the Leaf. Makes it look more realistic and interesting. On the other hand, Sasuke's character really evolved during this arc. We get to see Sasuke's most brutal side which I thoroughly enjoyed reading.
