I don't think that being OP makes you a good villain. Of course it helps, but Madara seems pretty cliched and unoriginal, he also seems to be a bit of a stunter with no motive. Tobi is a far better villain IMO and is equally if not even more OP.

I hope Kishi doesn't do what Tite Kubo did - make a very OP enemy that the main character looses his power defeating - and continue the series mauling it.
