Hashirama compared 16 year old sakura to 5 year old tsunade since tsunade was very young when Hashirama died. And she could not even make an arm for Naruto but tsunade could.

Then she is not the mother of Sasuke's child. How can you degrade a character like this. This pisses me off. It's like kishi made Sasuke the best character by making him become stronger without even trying than Naruto, Kaguya, Hamura, Toneri and hogoromo.

He hasn't even tried in this Gaiden Manga. Naruto on the other hand was fodderized. Even lee , where is he. Bolt will end up being stronger than everyone but Sasuke. The only person on that list he could possibly beat is Toneri. He already got his ass kicked by Kaguya and lost narrowly to Naruto. And without the bijuu's his comparison to Hagoromo is meaningless along with Hamura.

You're assuming Tsunade was 5 when Hashirama died, and that Sakura did not help create an arm for Naruto,and Sasuke. From the Information Sakura attained in White Zetsu during the war, Tsunade was able to make an arm, and Naruto's hardwork was how he was able to save Sasuke, become Hokage,and bring peace to the world.

The first comparison is outright wrong as Sakura has better CES feats than Tsunade during the war. It was clearly not Kishi's intention to compare power levels, but personality, hence the use of the term "monster".
