These are very comprehensive, and very concerning. Thank you for showing me these. I'm not sure what to feel about this. I have some things to fight for in my generation. This might turn out to be one of them. It seems to lead into the issue of pay equity, and that has been a problem for some time. To think it ran this deep though...thank you again. I have more research to do.
