Advertising Suggestion

oF course i know that 80% of the forum have the rule no advertising allowed well that is only for forum that have less than 5000 members if we compare the forums that have more than 20.000 members we would see they all have advertising section like Naruto central and naruto fan.

I dont have a problem being registered with multiple forums its actually fan expecially when they are new so these new forums need every help they can get and we can spare some members from NB when we have more than 25.000 members and they wont leave no mater if you advertise .

even if there is a rule that advertising is not allowed that is not stopping members to VM and PM other members to join that forum this would just make things easier

OF course we cant just allow every member to advertise, there should be rules that you must have a certain amount of posts like 500 or 1000 before you can create the thread
only NEW opened forums should be allowed to advertise

I totally agree with Bankai. This will allow people to join in order to promoe their forum...

On some popular forums it isnt they can spare members and we can too we are not a small forum anymore that need every member to be active and members will join if this Section would be added

Well just because a different forum allows advertising doesn't mean NB will. I don't like this idea and I don't think any other Mod or Admin will like it as well

Well i know this is 1 of the hardest decisions for a forum but only because that they will grow even more and probably after some member from here opens his own forum and when he sees that he cant advertise he will go on Naruto fan or Central to advertise there so when you think about it its the same

YOu must know advertising will continue by PM even if this suggestion wont be added we have 28.000 members i dont see a big deal if some of them leave i am active at 4 more forum and i visit them all the at the same time and NB is the 1st i visit so members wont leave just because of that

IF we add this am sure more members will reg so that they would advertise they own NEW FORUM and i forgot to say only NEW opened forums should be allowed to advertise

I didn't mean to do it on purpose. If your read the beginning of the OP's post then you'd see he listed 2 sites & i was just stating my opinion on one of them-I'm not trying to start an argument either ^^

I agree with Bankai. This will be a way to get people join and advertise their forums. This will stop pms, vms and other inapropriate posts.

OK just imagine you want to open your own forum and you want to advertise, but where ???? only on those 2 forums i mentioned before so you would have to reg in that forum so you could advertise your own or you can PM members here and risk you get caught on N.C you must have 400 posts to advertise you decide how many would be needed here
