Naruto was nowhere near the Biju. He couldn't have gone up to any of the Biju and hit them Kai before they were trapped by CT.

Bee doesn't have to go up to every Biju when Gyuuki has 8 tails, all of which can stretch over a significant distance as shown during the Obito tug of war. Again, I'm not seeing how being stunned by genjutsu momentarily would allow Sasuke to capture all of the Biju before Gyuuki can even make physical contact.

The moment he gets stunned he gets CT treatment which only takes a clap of his hands.

Honestly he doesn't even have to start with genjutsu to win. Amaterasu can easily damage Hachibi and give Sasuke more than enough time to genjutsu the other beast.

No, he isn't going to be a CT core if he breaks out of the genjutsu. Shukaku's sand would purge Amaterasu from the bodies of any of the Biju.

And you're ignoring the fact that the Biju aren't going to get caught just by being in Sasuke's presence. They have to actually make eye contact, which is going to be harder with them actively attempting to avoid it this time and attacking him.
