Scenario: Naruto dies of a heart attack due to ramen overconsumption. Sasuke takes advantage of the power vacuum to take control of the shinobi world.

Can Sasuke take out the entirety of the Naruto-verse on his own?

Only way I can see him having a chance is if he manages to find the wild Biju immediately and picks them off or captures them. Any collaborative effort between Bee and the other Biju would have the firepower to keep Sasuke at bay until Kurama revives.

Actually forget I even asked that. Sasuke can put 8 of the bijuu under genjutsu. If what you're saying about Bee breaking them out of genjutsu was possible why didn't Naruto break them out since he has access to all of them ?

We don't know how long it takes Bijuu to revive, but I'm confident Sasuke can take this even w/ Kurama present.

The bijuus would get genjutsu'ed and chibaku tensei'ed, and Sasuke would use them inside his susano. And i assume adult Sasuke can use BPS a lot better than what he did in Vote, since he improved a lot.

If with NV the op means the shinobi alliance, my opinion is that Sasuke can win.

You're not making any sense. If the presence of of a perfect jin made his genjutsu useless Naruto would've snapped them out.

Rinnegan genjutsu isn't working on a perfect jin because their beast can snap them out but it's going to work on a bijuu alone.

Naruto was in no position to do such a thing. Meanwhile Bee could do so easily if the Biju are like they are here.

Naruto was nowhere near the Biju. He couldn't have gone up to any of the Biju and hit them Kai before they were trapped by CT.

Bee doesn't have to go up to every Biju when Gyuuki has 8 tails, all of which can stretch over a significant distance as shown during the Obito tug of war. Again, I'm not seeing how being stunned by genjutsu momentarily would allow Sasuke to capture all of the Biju before Gyuuki can even make physical contact.
