I don't know man, for some reason, I just think it has to be more balanced. Not to say no shit like since Sakura incapacitated Kaguya for a second makes her the shit, but it is feat worthy. I'm sure after the war she trained even more after that but idk. & even Gai fought Kisame, but it was still nothing compared to his 8th gate. I'd say High/Mid Difficulty Kisame, or High Sakura.
