Also you are wrong about something, the Last movie Databook says that Kurama mode gets significantly enhanced when Naruto activates SM with it, so it's not a miniscule boost like you said.
That was obviously a regular Mokujin first of all. That is what comes with Shinsuusenju. It was smaller than the first Mokujin he made too so idk what point you thought you had when bringing this up. When Mokujin is used by itself is what is important here.
Kishimoto pays enough attention to detail to establish a hierarchy when it comes to size and if you want to prove otherwise you'll have to show evidence that all size comparisons in the Manga are invalid, which you haven't done as of now.
An explosion equal to 2 of
RSM Naruto's Bijuu Dama did light to moderate damage to Sasuke's PS. RSM Naruto's BD dwarf Mountains when they explode. Regular BD are not. Chojo Kebutsu hit Madara's PS and destroyed half of it. 11 BD is equal to that in raw power, but unfocused (BD's explosion is multi Mountain Range while the target is only the size of a Mountain at most meanwhile Chojo Kebutsu's energy is directed all on the target), which is why 11 BD will do far less damage overall. Idk if I can say "moderate", but the important point is that the damage done will be less.'
And we are scaling Sasuke's PS to Madara's because Orochimaru said based on the information he's gathered throughout his life leads him to believe that Sasuke will eventually surpass Madara.

Can't be stronger than Madara if his strongest Avatar is inferior to Madara's strongest Avatar.
I'm going to need to see that entry, and regardless, we've seen how strong BSM Naruto is compared to BM Naruto and the difference isn't large enough to put him on par w/ even Full Kurama physically or in firepower so there's no reason why he'd go from on par w/ Mokujin to on par w/ SM Mokujin.
