Nope, there's Gentle Fist as a style and Gentle fist as a technique. Like how Bolt uses the style, but can't actually close points or damage organs because he has no Byakugan. Same case, without Byakugan, Hinata can't use Gentle Fist as a technique and can only use the style in the same vein as the Bolt example I just gave.

I would provide evidence to contest this, but that's not necessary since you're latching onto an instance made after Databook 3 was conceived.

Let's also consider that Boruto can't inject chakra within the proper areas since he can't see them, so your example doesn't necessarily imply that Jyuuken doesn't use chakra. In fact, both Lee and Kidoumaru go on to state that Jyuuken is dangerous because it does use chakra.

Neither can Hinata without Byakugan, and the databooks dont consider enhancements like that.

I see you missed the point. Injecting chakra is still considered in Jyuuken and must be accounted for.

Even if you disagree, Jyuuken with the Byakugan is explicitly considered Taijutsu. It's the fact that the Byakugan confers them with insight on the opponent's chakra points that made Jyuuken the strongest Taijutsu in Konoha, so clearly, if it is regarded as Taijutsu, knowledge and proficiency over it must be considered even if it requires the Byakugan to use it.

What you're telling me is that even though opening the Gates is Taijutsu, it cannot be considered when we account for knowledge of it since it is an enhancement and that's just plain ridiculous.
