Admit it, Naruto was more interesting when the original akatsuki were alive

I don't know, it's hard to say, I've liked parts of the war war but some of it has been straight ass, just like some of the akatsuki parts. Best arc overall was the Sasuke retrieval arc but Shippuden was at its best in the Pain Invasion arc, some of the other akatsuki were annoying.

In my opinion Naruto was better when the akatsuki alive compared to the current war-arc, but Naruto was even better before the time skip than when the akatsuki were alive.

i liked the entire akatsuki arc(from intro f Itachi and kisame in part-1 to death of pain in part-2). the only thing boring was the kage summit arc and fillers in war arc,Sakuras powerup(in manga).

the things interesting in manga was the part-1 full, revival of 4 hokages,the hashi-madara flashbacks and the current fight between edo hokages,Madra and Obito.

I enjoyed every Akatsuki member.

They showed us what it meant to be Kage level, and had interesting and unique abilities.

The power levels in this manga should never have gone much higher than the Akatsuki.

The only bad thing that happened with the Akatsuki was that every single one of them had to be trolled in order to be defeated.

They were so mysterious, capturing the bijjus one by one. They always made me worry that naruto would be captured too. And they also killed a whole lot of super strong ninjas. All in all akatsuki was a scary group of people.
They made naruto series interesting for me.
its sad that most of them were killed..

Akatsuki were a motley bunch and the pair scenario was beyond interesting and captivating. Each pair had one boisterous one and the other calm, collected one. There was a yin/yang combination within pairs. I mean, one could never get bored with any Akatsuki member. Too bad, they were killed off to pave way for this utterly rubbish war arc.

It's truly a shame how much potential this manga kills itself because of the genre it belongs to. Truly a wasted opportunity. It could have been something grand, had this not been a shonen manga.

I agree! It was good when there was actual villains. The war arc sucks. Now it's just zestu clones and zombies smh. The writer lost his magic.

It got boring for me from the time Kishi gave us two pages of foot steps in the manga, which lead to the chapter accurately titled "Nothing" since then its been pretty boring
