Admit it, Naruto was more interesting when the original akatsuki were alive

Like the title states. By original akatsuki i mean these fellows :

Admit it. Before the war started and all these fillers began naruto shippuden was ONLY interesting because of the interaction between akatsuki and the shinobi world. After nearly all their members being eliminated it has been rather boring.

Even the war arc, is half-boring with the only things interesting:

- Even that wasn't as exciting because it was revealed/hinted in console games, etc.

Also, all manga readers who also take the liberty in watching the anime as well, will be like meh. Shurorrororo.

The 5 Hokage being resurrected and short time events that occur before this[ going to uzumaki clan temple..Blah..blah

And probably the "flashback story" told to us by Hashirama Senju. I rather enjoyed it mainly because we found out that Hashirama knew Madara ever since children. This blew my mind actually. I thought it was just some random uchiha who tried to get rid of senju as a power-ego thing.

But the flashback revealed to me that there was a lot more behind what we first heard about Madara Uchiha.

I actually miss all the suspicious/dangerous looking people, later revealed as "Akatsuki". I know they killed Asuma and nearly killed Gaara but without some deaths, then the whole series would go downhill.

Kinda like the War Arc, atm. The only one Kishi decides to kill off is 1000's of fodder + Neji Hyuuga. R.I.P

there were so many mysteries back then and they are now getting solved so its kinda supposed to happen like this...
in a way. Those days though, we should have had the honor of seeing characters develop more back then...
its because this war wasn't as brutal or half as brutal and gory as it should / could have been.

chapters and mysteries are sort of like appearing at the last page each week to preserve mystery / build suspense.

the anime isn't IT right now... its the manga only kinda. the anime was the akatsuki age of things.
the manga is the after akatsuki age. so its all kinda different.

its like back when DBZ was a TV anime... and now its an internet mainly anime.
