Akainu only had the elemental advantage and both were on the verge of death, guess that says alot about Aokiji.

I think they´ll have another fight again where Aokiji wins this time but i want to see that fight and i don´t want it to last another ten days.

Another thing i want to adress, those of you who said this week that luffy can take on an admiral and even beat one, where the hell are you now?!

Jimbe said they were evenly matched. Ice can cool off magma and magma can melt down ice. They really were evenly matched and it was more of a battle of willpower.

They weren´t because lava melts ice immediately without resistence, ice can´t cool off lava, it can but not anywhere near enough to stop it´s high temperature.

Ace´s fire could melt Aokijis ice, ace had the elemental advantage over aokiji and akainu had elemental advantage over ace and lava is much more hotter then fire so what does that mean for aokiji?

Two admirals who fought for ten days, they are the strongest force in the whole world of OP and their battle was unheard of, you already know of an admirals insane endurance from the war, you can compare shit and you know, you know that luffy is outclassed!

It's like Ace vs Smoker. Both are evenly matched. Their fight would go on for days until one of them brakes down.

Or are you saying that Aokiji was owned for 10 days until he finaly lost all his strenght to fight back, despite manga saying they were perfect match?

Fact : Luffy survived Magellan's poison and despite being half-dead he encountered the most number of enemies at both Impel Down and Marinford.

He got treated but then his body was weak from all the pain and poison so his body couldn´t continue and Ivan gave him an adrenaline shot and at marineford after luffy collapsed, he gave him another one.

He got treated yes, but he hadn't rested. He needed to rest after such recovery. Yes he ate a lot of meat, but he was exhausted to a point beyond what a human can tolerate. He bleed alot, so most of the meat he ate went towards fixing that.

You could see that he needed Adrenaline shots to keep going, or else he'd be unconscious. Meaning he was already far beyond his limit.

You can hardly call it being at good shape.

With Aokiji gone and Akainu promoted I'm really interested in seeing who the new Admirals are. I'm expecting it to be one known character and one new character. Maybe it will be Smoker and a new guy.

As for Aokiji v. Akainu they're essentially the same level with Akainu edging Aokiji out by a very small margin. I think its tough to argue with the results of there battle. Even if it was because of an elemental advantage that would just be part of the reason why Akainu is stronger than Aokiji.

Just like in Naruto it doesn't work like if A>B and B>C than A>C. Someone Akainu loses to could be potentially beaten by Aokiji based on the match up.

Oda tries his very best to convey to every reader--no matter their age, intelligence or experience, that the two Admirals are equal by saying it was a death match that lasted 10 days. Oda went above and beyond the point of exaggeration by saying 10 days and people still deny their equality.

To put it simply :

Aokiji cools of magma
Akainu's Magma melts ice

Hence the equality

Not sure what won this fight - willpower or trickery but it had nothing to do with DF advantage.

But that's my point, you can't say "Oh, Aokiji is stronger, its just that Akainu's DF gives him an advantage so he's not really stronger". The DF is part of who they are so you need to include those in determining who's stronger. Akainu, because of his DF, is stronger than Aokiji.
