[Suggestion] Additional Bar (Not Really)

I know this question has been asked many times on here, but this is some sort of different.

People always ask why don't we get additional bars, like we used too.
And all the Admins says "It is not needed." or "We're fine without it."
The majority of RP is so they get the banners on top of their Avatars to make it look nice.
Sometimes they continue RPing just to keep it, and others actually learned to like it so they keep on RPing.

Well instead of making new Additional Bars, why can't we just use our own? (Via IMG URL)

Plus Mods are going to say something as ~
"We're going to have to keep track."
"Villages will get confused with the Banners."
"People are going to misuse this."
"It's unnecessary."

• Keeping track of the Village banners from in appropriate picture/words looks pretty simple since it's right above the avatar, not millions of spaces above.

• Make rules as
- No NB Village/Mod banners, but you may make one your personal way.
- No inappropriate banners. Etc..
(Even banning them 2-3 days, in the first time being misused since this will be a gift to NB Members, not a mandatory thing)

• It may not be necessary, but what's the harm it can really do?
If it's so unnecessary then why did we have one in the first place and why do people crave so much to have them back?
Infracting members for misuse of the banners is the same thing as infracting them for their
Profile, Album, Signature, and Avatar pictures.

This was exactly what I was thinking.

There's a con to this idea though..

Members will find a way to ruin this idea.

I say we just give the opportunity to RP members only, it would take the hassle away.

im sure they thought of that and either it could not be done or they choose not to do it because of the work required to make that happen .

Or we could just do it like OPB does and Have admins add the banner in themselves O_O that way they can always refuse if they feel it's inappropriate o-o

I support this Idea but of course, a mod will come along and toss it in the trash ( ._.)

OPB allows members to do this, from what I've seen. But you know, I highly doubt this will be implemented since Admins have this section and rarely accept any of the suggestions, even if they are good and/or produce no drawbacks. Anyways... if anything, it should be given to premium members. xD

Actually if it's implemented for only Premium Members. A whole lot more people will want to get Premium. Raising about 2-5% money for Narutobase for the first month it's released since so many people will want their own custom banners.

Yes I miss them. I'm pretty sure they still have the old Additional bars in one of Admins computer or photobucket or something saved.​

I like this suggestion.

I see you suggested it in the premium section for well, being only for premium members. I hope it gets accepted one way or the other.
