Taking her sword, Kagura activates her Harmony technique and proceeds to insert her katana into the ground and proceeds to channel her fire chakra through her sword and into the ground and causing 8 lines of fire to form. From each end a fire dragon forms and flies out of the ground and fly towards the target. Kagura controling each dragon to fly and crash into the target.

-Each dragon can be controlled separately to attack multiple targets
-Each dragon is C rank giving 8 powerful dragons that can be combined into separate combos

I take out my sword and focus my Katon chakra into it, and then swiftly stab it into the ground. I shape it so it then starts to separate the ground in eight different ways. I then spike my shaping making dragons spring from out of the ground, and attack my enemy from separate directions.

Each Dragon is only c Rank
This can overwhelm the enemy, even if it is C rank because of the many possible directions.

Blake takes her sword out and inserts her katana into the ground while channeling fire chakra through it As the chakra goes through the sword and into the ground and she causes 8 lines of fire to form. From each end a fire dragon forms and flies out of the ground and fly towards your clone burning it alive.

This can be used to attack an enemy form multiple directions.
All the dragons are C rank making it easier to defend with especially if they use something like Great Exploding Wave.

I gather fire chakra into my katana and stab that weapon into the ground. Afterwards, i channel the fire chakra throughout the ground around me in a 1 meter radius, creating eight lines of fire chakra. With nature transformation, i change the nature of my chakra into the properties of fire and then shape them into eight different dragons. I send them all towards your clone with a single motion. When your clone sees this, i use the S-rank lightning technique to create a bright light behind me, and blinding them in the process so they won't or hardly see the dragons. Afterwards, i create a tornado with one of the tornado canon jutsus to be sent out, to strengthen the dragons

Pros: you can choose where it hits so they can't necessarily dodge it and you can combine it to make an A-rank

Cons: All of the dragons are worth C-rank each, making it easier to defend against individually

To counter it i think i would use moving earth core to lower the ground that the dragons are on so that my opponent cant see me, therefore they wont be able to target me >:3.

i could also use the water tech that summons water 10 meters above an opponent
