These are my opinions:
1. Sakura does not have strength she just uses chakra to increase her strength, so 20+ puch = no chakra = useless

I always believed Hinata had the potential to be the strongest female, its too bad Kishi never displayed it though. There seems to be a lack of love for the Hyuugas. Hanabi isn't even shown once in part 2 except for in flashbacks. I'd enjoy seeing her spar Konohamaru.

Ten-ten is also very strong and for anyone who thinks close range is her weakness would be wrong. She trains with 3 taijutsu specialists so obviously she'd be accustomed to dodging and countering close range fighters not to mention she probably has melee weapons as well. I know in the anime and games she uses a staff so it doesn't take much imagination for her to do the same in the manga if she needed to with all the weapons she's capable of summoning.

Ino is...meh. She's good with Shika and Choji with her but if she had to fight alone, her ass is grass.

As for Why Ino is above Hinata, it's in many ways the same as Sakura.While Ino doesn't have Sakura's chakra enhanced strength, she is a medical nin, meaning she has great evasive skills.Furthermore, unlike in part one when Ino could only used her mind body switch in a straight line, part 2 has shown she can used the technique at a curve line giving Ino an easier chance to hit and opponent on the move.And Ino being a member of the Yamanaka Clan we can presume she has sensory abilities which enhance her evasive abilities even further, making Hinata ability to hit her even harder.And with Hinata being a close combat fighter, but with one mid range jutsu and Ino being extremely evasive and a mid range fighter, I think a fight between the two can go either way, which is why I would give it to Ino because she has one thing over Hinata that is pretty useful in a battle;the ability to heal herself.


The rest is pretty much self explanatory.Hinata is over Tenten because we haven't seen anything from tenten.

I think its not that easy... maybe Hinata will be the strongest, if she masters hyuga techs like kaiten and airpalm...but against Pain she couldnt do anything (though its true that the others couldnt have done more ). If Hinata cant hit the enemy its useless and for example Sakura was trained to evade attacks because a medical ninja cannot be hit otherwise he/she couldnt heal the others. In the anime it was shown how Tsunade trained her. And if she learns genjutsu she will be stronger than Hinata IMO. As for Tenten and Ino they were not in the same team with the two main characters so they'll remain fodders till the end of their life.
