It depends on the situation. Sakura and Ino are support specialist so they will be more effective than Tenten and Hinata in a team battle. But Hinata and Tenten are combat specialist so they will probably outperform Sakura and Ino in 1v1 battles. Though Tenten only does through merits of Plot Kai somehow allowing her to use Bashōsen.

Well according to the databooks TenTen's speed is only 5% faster than Sakura being Tenten has 3.5 and Sakura 3.In close combat they are equally matched in Skillwhich makes it hard for Sakura to land a blow.But there are scenerios where Sakura's strength may overcome Tenten.But Long range goes to Tenten.As for Hinata vs Sakura its all based on skill again Hinata has 3.5 meaning she is slighhty better at Tai then Sakura but! Her speed is slower than Sakura giving her a better chance to hit her.But all in all if Hinata hits Sakura it basically good game U_U.

Sakura's been always hated, portrayed as a b_tch and underrated in a lot of threads, but honestly I think she's stronger than Hinata and all K11 females.

While I like most of your points there is one thing you forgot. Hinata actually has mid-range ninjitsu. Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm/ Wall Palm from in the manga and in the anime realm she has the Chakra Needle Technique. In addition one hit from the gentle fist technique can seriously injure or kill. As seen from the Neji vs Kidōmaru fight.
So she does not have to physically hit her
One hit is massive damage
Has 360 degree telescopic, x-ray vision
..... Hinata is actually really powerful

in this thread is based offf of terms of skill then the list should look like this

hinata is number one because shes the only one with a kekkei genkai, shes great with gentle fist and has developed lion fist, not to mention her skill at byakugan, shes does have skill at medical ninjutsu but not as superior as ino or sakura. Also she has matured the most even to the point of being bold enough to take on deva pain with no back up
Ino is either better or equal to sakura to me they are both equal in medical ninjutsu since they train under the same person, her mind jutsus have greatly improved as well, her teamwork is the best out of all the female characters, without ino ginkaku wouldnt have been sealed and yes im going to go here that back in the chuunin exams it was ino who beat sakura.
Sakura is third skill wise because she doesnt really have all that much when you think about it. while her and ino do excel at medical ninjutsu the haruno clan has no specific jutsu nor kekkei genkai that makes their clan an elite ninja, dont get me wrong she is the srongest physical wise but she still lacks the taijustu skill all she does is hit really hard. not to mention the fact that or pretty much all of the manga she has been useless all she would do is cry, the only reason she was able to beat sasori was because granny chiyo was controlling her movements without that sakura would b dead. The reason y shes behind ino and hinata is that she has to get extrememly close to deal any sort of damage which wont work against either of them, hinata is the better taijutsu uses not to mentionthe fact that she can shut down sakuras chakra points and for ino all she has to do is take control of sakura before she gets too close.
Finally tenten, lets face it guys all she does is throw weapons and stores a butt load of them in scrolls which isnt all that impressive seeing as how anyone can do that (sasuke stored shuriken in his wrist), she has the worst skill at ninjutsu and isnt that all efffective with taijutsu, yes tenten did find the banshosen but how is she going to use it as stated by the 3rd raikage one needs exremely high amounts of chakra to wield the weapons, look at darui for example who had ample amounts of chakra yet after three uses he was exhausted so how does tenten plan on using it. Yes she probably is the best conditioned since she trains with lee and neji and is the best at setting traps but that just isnt going to cut it
